The Rain Rant

Drove through the rain from Ikeja to VI Monday night. Lagosians are suffering. So many stranded men and women. All drenched and standing by the road. No buses.   If you can’t provide efficient public transportation, at least provide decent ‘bus stops’ that can protect us when it rains.
