Africa’s favourite music channel, MTV Base hosted Africa’s biggest
artiste, 2Face at the launch of his sixth album, The Ascension.
The event which was in conjunction with Industry Nite had the biggest
names in the Nigerian entertainment industry celebrate with the
talented singer on the release of his latest album at the recently
opened Spice Route nightclub in Victoria Island on Wednesday, July 23,
2014.
With scintillating performances from Timaya, Oritsefemi, Julius Agwu,
DammyKrane and others, 2Face performed two songs off the Ascension
album with his live band.
Guests at the launch include Awilo, MTV VJ Ehiz Okoeguale, Wande Coal.
Eddy Lawani, Reminisce, IllBliss, Mode9, Chidinma, Timi Dakolo, Solid
Star, Olisa Adibua, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Gbenga Ajibade, Dr Sid, DJ
Spinall among many others.
The launch was hosted by Stephanie of MTV Base and Olisa Adibua.
