–Major Surprises in Gear as Davido, Olamide Others Host Fans in Benin
Expectant fans are in for some major surprises this weekend as superstars Wizkid, Davido, Olamide Dr Sid and KCee are unveiled as the headline artistes who will thrill fans in Benin at Ogbe Stadium, Benin City on May 17, 2014.
The Star Music Trek concert which makes its eighth stop in Benin, Edo State, will bring with it all the excitement and fun that has characterized every concert since it flagged of its first stage in Nsukka on March 29 2014.
“I’m mega excited, this is my first time on The Trek and it couldn’t have been at a better time. It will also be my only appearance on this amazing platform this year and incidentally, it’s the first time I’ll be performing on the Trek, says Davido.
“I’ll be looking out for a lot of things but most importantly just having a great time with my fans” he adds.
Olamide who is having an exciting run this year especially with his recent nomination at MTV Africa Music Awards for Best Hip Hop Act is determined to leave a lasting impression on his fans. “Less talk, more music, Turn up and see how it goes down this Saturday!”
The Star Music Trek gigs, which hold before each concert have seen hundreds of winners taking away fantastic prizes such as LED TVs, home theatres, headphones, branded carpets and much more up.
This week the Trek gig is hosted at PlayHouse Bar on May 16 2014.

Ado Ekiti is the next stop for Star Music Trek, with the exciting music concert ending in a grand finale scheduled to hold at Jalisco Sports Center, Oshodi, Lagos State on May 31st 2014.
