As part of the 18th edition of the Y’ello Care initiative, MTN Nigeria’s HR Department brought energy, innovation, and community spirit to life at its HR Community Trade & Talent Fair, held at the 5th Floor Car Park Building on the 18th of June, 2025.

The event showcased the heart of Y’ello Care – driving digital and financial inclusion through hands-on engagement. Staff and guests explored a variety of exhibits from talented entrepreneurs, digital creatives, and vocational innovators from our community

The fair provided a platform for small businesses and local talents to connect with MTN employees, potential investors, and mentors.

One of the highlights of the day was a training on “Content Creation” which was led by Dr. Philips, who shared tips on how to gain more customers through unique content creation formats such as using TikTok, Instagram and X (formerly called Twitter).

There was also an exciting raffle draw where the business owners walked away with desktop computers. The list of winners included business owners – Sassy Jewellery, Aura by Posh Fairy, Tadel Brands Enterprise, Okais Art and Alpha Luxury.

The session wasn’t just about business but included bridging gaps within the society. Attendees walked away with new insights, meaningful connections, and a deeper understanding of the power of community-led development.

With vibrant displays, purposeful conversations, and an atmosphere of collaboration, the Trade & Talent Fair was a clear reminder that together, we can do more.
