Had fun speaking with creative professionals from diverse backgrounds two weeks ago in Lagos.

Always appreciate an opportunity to chat with brilliant minds, especially young people keen to challenge the status quo.

And it was a honour speaking alongside great men like Ali Baba (who gifted me his expensive Montblanc pen), Sound Sultan (who obtained Ali’s wrist watch), Don barber (who I met for the first time, after several years since TY Bello first told me of him) and my good friend Julius Agwu (who was one of my earliest supporters when I started my journalism career).

This thing is a marathon. But we must understand that doing things right, in spite of whatever peculiar challenges we face, is a sine qua non to finishing good.
