A few months after introduction of the first ever RTD by NB Plc; ACE Passion, Apple spark, Nigerian Breweries has scored yet another hit with the introduction of ACE Roots, a first in its class; Low Sugar, African Herbs and Spirit Mixed Drink in the country.
The new drink, ACE Roots is made of the highest quality with authentic African herbal extracts, fruits and spices which was unveiled at a trade launch held today, Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Havens Event Centre in Ikeja with key distributors, stakeholders and celebrities like Wane Coal, Black Magic, BEAT FM OAP, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, Korede Bello, EFA and DJ Lamboghinny in attendance.
Also present were representatives from Nigerian Breweries including the Sales Director, Hubert Eze , Zonal Regional Manager, Opeyemi Oluwalusi, Senior Brand Manager, CSD and ACE, Nnenna Ifebigh-Hemeson, Regional Business Manager, Moses Ogbodo and Marketing Manager, Non-Alcoholic Drinks, Olayinka Bakare.
Marketing Director, Walter Drenth, while speaking about the drink said, ‘ACE ”ROOTS” symbolizes a call to action for everyone; customers and consumers to go back to their roots of true African herbs, fruits and spice extracts with Low Sugar. Blending good health and high spirits with the unmistakable strong taste of 14 African herbs and spices with 6% alcohol for a strong kick; ACE Roots will take its consumers back to their roots and deliver a thrilling experience without breaking the bank.
Sales Director, Hubert Eze also commented about the new product. In his words, “ACE Roots is the result of a painstaking customer research which Nigerian Breweries carried out. He continued, “We decided to create a product which combines all that this consumer wants and ACE Roots is the result.
